I communicated with local teams in multiple countries at once, working within cultures and language barriers to help our team produce exceptional shows. I advanced all artist hospitality and was responsible for the set up & design of artist and production dressing rooms. I proactively problem-solved, resolving any day of show issues so that our tour manager could focus on the talent. I managed crew movements, advancing ground transportation and security needs to fit within event timelines. I handled cash float on tour, working with runners at each venue to secure any production needs. I reported on spending and created financial statements for each show.
This was a fantastic tour to work on with an amazing group of people, and I was fortunate to work in unique cities throughout Asia. These shows presented a new set of challenges, working with hospitality staff that spoke little to no english and often going straight from the airport to the venue with no real sleep. I learned to stay positive and calm in every situation, and that happiness correlates most with excellent and timely meals when sleep is not an option.
Something In The Water Festival

RedRock Entertainment Services
I budgeted & designed artist dressing rooms, researching & working with vendors to source all furniture. I managed artist riders, compiling hospitality requests into a database to streamline the functionality of our hospitality assistants. I assisted with hotel placements, utilizing Google Sheets to track which artist was where and individual requests.

Unfortunately this festival was postponed due to COVID-19, and we never made it past the advancing stages. I'm looking forward to working in the same capacity in 2021.

I handled all logistics, created and maintained event timelines, managed crew and band movements separate from artist, and created financial statements for every dollar spent.
I advanced artist and crew hotels to fit within very specific needs, and collected all folios to report on finances. I advanced merchandise, sourcing local sellers and maintaining AtVenu database. I set up & coordinated all VIP Meet & Greets often having to creatively design backstage areas.

Jon was backed by an 8 piece band consisting of studio musicians on this tour, which made for an incredible show. Most of the band had never been on the road, and it was a lot of fun helping them have a great first touring experience.

I worked with Justin 24/7 and 360°. In my day to day manager role I envisioned & executed brand concepts, created & monitored marketing campaigns for major releases, scheduled daily activities including photoshoots & studio sessions, created financial statements, and assisted in personal needs. Through creative strategy & major promotions our team went from booking college shows to opening for 3000+ in one year. In my tour manager role I coordinated all travel & accommodations, advanced artist needs with local & headliner teams, and settled all shows. I worked with photographers to ensure branding was consistent and handled any security issues during the show.

I started my touring career with Justin and was so fortunate to grow with a team of great individuals and develop all aspects of an artist's career. I had the opportunity to learn from well established tour managers from the headlining acts on tours and built a strong foundation of touring skills that I continue to reinforce today.

Breakaway Music Festival
Artist Relations Coordinator
July - August 2018
Prime Social Group
Grand Rapids, MI
I advanced and managed all hospitality requests, designed artist dressing rooms, and maintained runners to fulfill riders. Our dressing rooms were in locker rooms and needed a lot of work, allowing me to creatively design the artist experience. I was the point of contact for all artist teams on site, working within the production timeline and transportation available to keep things moving.

Prime Social Group brought me on to handle artist relations as they had two festivals the same weekend. I jumped into their team and quickly learned their event strategies to put on a successful festival. PSG is such a strong & growing force and I was happy to help out on such an impressive festival.
Nitro Circus Live
Production Coordinator
2017 - 2018
North America
US & Canada Regional Tour
Also Assisted Tour Director on International Touring
I was the on-site liaison between the Production & Athlete Managers and Travel Coordinator. This tour was a combination of fly dates & multiple busses with 5 trucks. We performed in open air arenas across the US & Canada. I handed cash float, organized receipts, & created weekly financial statements. I advanced all hospitality, touring with wardrobe and catering equipment for 40+ athletes. I managed transportation for the entire team, creating travel schedules & organizing cars & flights. I advanced hotel needs, rooming lists, and assisted with athlete arrivals & exits.

Prior to hitting the road I assisted the Tour Director, Sarah Shoup, with advancing and organizing travel; advancing hotels, booking flights, and creating financial reports. This was a great change of pace from music and a crazy bunch of guys that made me step up in my leadership capabilities.
USC Concerts Committee
Assistant Director
Director of Hospitality
2016 - 2018
Fall: Welcome Back Concert (3,000+ attendees)

Winter: Conquest
(6,000+ attendees)

Spring: SpringFest
(10,000+ attendees)
The Concerts Committee at USC puts on 3 major music festivals a year, completely designed & executed by a team of students. In my first role as Director of Hospitality I managed all artist riders, staffed & managed a team of hospitality assistants, booked all food vendors, and designed dressing rooms. As Assistant Director, I was responsible for outlining the big picture and assigning every detail to execute it. Working with two other directors, we designed the festivals from scratch, producing sponsorships, experiential activations, merchandise, decor and promotions; and fitting this all into a sitemap. I worked with agencies to secure artists & was the liaison between the school administration & artist teams to execute contracts. I advanced the festival with artists and was their point of contact for everything including day of show.

Concerts Committee was the first organization I got involved with at USC and it was a goal of mine to rise to the top. We put on amazing concerts and left a great legacy, and I was proud to have a big part in that.
